Sec. 58-23. - Defined terms. In addition to the definitions set forth in section 58-1, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings: (1) Wages means the same definition set forth in § 8-4-101, C.R.S., as amended, except that it shall apply to all workers, as defined in this article.
