643. Inconsistent provisions in other laws superseded Insofar as the provisions of this chapter are inconsistent with the provisions of any other law, general, special, or local, the provisions of this chapter shall be controlling. Added 1973, No. 260 (Adj. Sess.), § 3, eff. April 11, 1974.
