207.778. Neighborhood enterprise zone certificate; form and contents. Sec. 8. A neighborhood enterprise zone certificate shall be in the form prescribed and provided by the commission and shall include both of the following: (a) A legal description of the real property on which the new facility is to be located or the legal description of the homestead facility or the rehabilitated property.
