Sec. 55-242. - Right of appeal. Any applicant whose application for a license under this chapter is denied, revoked, suspended or nonrenewed shall be entitled to a hearing upon written request to the manager of licensing and consumer protection, in accordance with article I of chapter 32 of this Code.
