5.09.160 - Applicability of ordinance to existing businesses. All existing sexually oriented businesses and sexually oriented business employees are granted a de facto temporary license to continue operation or employment for a period of ninety days following the effective date of this chapter. By the end of said ninety days, all sexually oriented businesses and sexually oriented business employees must conform to and abide by the requirements of this chapter. (Ord.
