Las Vegas Municipal Code § 10.20.010 Destruction or damage.

10.20.010 - Destruction or damage. It shall be unlawful for any person to mark, tear or in any manner injure, deface, mutilate or destroy any book, pamphlet or other property of the free public library of the City. (Ord. 370 § 1, 1948: prior code § 6-1-30 (part))

Las Vegas Municipal Code § 10.20.020 Failure to return materials.

10.20.020 - Failure to return materials. It shall be unlawful for any person to fail to return any book, pamphlet or other property of the free public library of the City within five days after the receipt of notice from the Librarian thereof, demanding the return to the library of such property.
