There are hereby established in the City seven wards for the election and qualification of members of the City Council which shall be known as the First Ward, Second Ward, Third Ward, Fourth Ward, Fifth Ward, Sixth Ward and Seventh Ward. The boundaries of the respective wards shall be as follows in this chapter.
