§ 12-5-85 - INTERFERENCE WITH IMPOUNDMENT OR IMMOBILIZATION PROHIBITED. (A) A person may not knowingly, intentionally, or recklessly obstruct, prevent, hinder, or interfere with a person executing an order of impoundment or immobilization. (B) A person may not tamper with, deface, damage, or attempt to remove an immobilization device when it has been installed. (C) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor. Source: Ord.
