Sec. 511-504. - Enforcement of permits, permit fees and the requirement to obtain a permit. Failure to obtain a permit when required to do so, failure to pay a permit fee when due, violation of a permit, or violation of permit conditions imposed by the administrator are violations of this chapter and its regulations for which the division may take enforcement action as specified in Article VI of this chapter.
