Sec. 996-52. - Renewal. The renewal of a license for a public vehicle for hire shall be granted upon the same terms and conditions as the original license. Pending action by the license administrator on the application for renewal, the applicant shall be permitted to operate a public vehicle for hire under the license issued for the previous year, unless the license administrator enters an order to the contrary.
