§ 33-4. - Department of Court Administration. (a) For the purpose of performing the function of record maintenance, accounting, statistical reporting, probation and administration for the Municipal Court, there is hereby created within the Division of Public Management the Department of Court Administration under the supervision of the Court Administrator. The Court Administrator shall also act as the Clerk of the Court. (b) All appointments of officers and employees in the Department of Court Administration, other than Municipal Judges, shall be made by the City Manager. (Code 1970, § 2-34; Code 1980, § 33-5; Ord.
