Sec. 2-416. - Returns. Every store obligated to collect the disposable bag fee shall file a completed return and remit the disposable bag fee to the executive director for the preceding calendar quarter on or before the twentieth day of the month following the quarter end. The returns filed by the store shall contain such information and be made in such a manner and upon such forms as the executive director may prescribe. (Ord. No. 1545-22, § 1, 12-19-22)
