13.12.130 - Subdivision, building and zoning regulation applicability. The layout of subdivisions and setback requirements on land adjacent to planned streets and highways and minor streets, and the right-of-way widths of planned streets and highways and minor streets, are set forth in the subdivision, building and zoning regulations contained in this Code. These rules and regulations have been prepared in order to further promote and aid in the development of planned streets and highways and minor streets, and for other purposes. (Ord.
