in effect13.12.120 - Alignments.
(A) With respect to any planned street or highway located on a section line, the alignment and centerline generally will follow the section line. The Map displays the general locations of existing and planned roadway alignments, including alignments for streets or highways that do not follow a predetermined line. Actual alignments and centerlines are established by the design and construction of such roadways.

For any particular roadway, the City Council may establish a different alignment than that shown on the Map by means of an application processed as in the case of a General Plan Amendment under Title 19. Except as otherwise provided in Subsection (C), an alignment established by Council action under this Section shall thereafter be indicated on the Map and described on Schedule 13-1A.
(C) In master planned communities subject to a development agreement, alignments that are generally described in the development agreement or in development standards adopted in connection therewith need not be reflected on Schedule 13-1A.
