13.12.110 - Right-of-way—Exceptions by City Council. The City Council may grant exceptions to the minimum right-of-way widths required by this Chapter, in addition to those described in this Chapter, where such exceptions are deemed necessary. Any proposed exceptions shall be processed as in the case of a General Plan Amendment under Title 19. Exceptions approved by the City Council shall thereafter be indicated on the Map and on Schedule 13-1A. (Ord. No. 6223, § 2, 10-17-12)
