It is intended that the right-of-way widths set forth in LVMC 13.12.070 represent minimum requirements only and that wider rights-of-way or larger radii distances be provided where design criteria indicate the need therefor. In such cases, the wider rights-of-way shall be indicated on the Map and on Schedule 13-1A.
