350-188. Parking. 1. ASSISTANT CITY ATTORNEYS. Assistant city attorneys shall receive parking paid for and secured by the city. 2. POLICE ADMINISTRATION BUILDING EMPLOYEEES. Unless stated otherwise in a certified collective bargaining agreement while it is in force and in effect, employees assigned to the police administration building shall be reimbursed for parking. The reimbursement shall not exceed the actual monthly costs paid for by the employee. To be eligible for reimbursement, the employee shall submit all parking receipts to the police department administration. Receipts for parking paid by the month shall be submitted by the 15th of the current month. Receipts for parking paid by the day shall be submitted by the 5th of the following month.
