Sec. 423. - Rules and regulations for control and inspection of milk. The board of health of the respective cities to which this Act may apply [see § 418] is hereby given the power to enact such rules and regulations as may, in their discretion, be necessary for the proper control and inspection of the milk that may be offered for sale in said cities and to enforce same. (Acts 1907, ch. 202, § 6)
