Sec. 671. - Salary of president; vice-president and other commissioners. The salary of the president of said board of Light, Gas and Water Commissioners shall be fixed by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Memphis, to be payable in monthly installments. The salary of the vice-president and other members of said board of Light, Gas and Water Commissioners shall be fixed by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Memphis, payable in monthly installments.
