1309. Record of payment Payment, when made, shall be entered on the record of assessment. Recording as provided in section 1307 of this subchapter shall be required before such assessment becomes a lien on the land or other property affected. Amended 2013, No. M-19 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff.
