SECTION A-804 BOARD OF LICENSE AND INSPECTION REVIEW A-804.1 Decisions: The Board of License and Inspection Review shall, by a majority vote, affirm, modify, reverse, vacate or revoke the notice, order or action from which an appeal is taken; however, the board shall not have the authority to grant variances from the technical provisions of the technical codes. A-804.2 Record: Each decision of the board shall be in writing and shall be available for public inspection in the department.
