14.02.010 - Purpose.
The following provisions will govern the conduct of all persons engaged in activities, aeronautical or other, at the El Paso International Airport, unless otherwise specifically provided for in Federal Aviation Regulations or by separate agreement with the City of El Paso. In those instances where there may be a conflict between these rules and the provisions, conditions and terms of such an agreement, the specific written agreement shall govern.
