5.02.090 - City protest of permit/license. A. The city manager for the City of El Paso may protest the issuance of alcoholic beverage licenses to the county judge and the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission in accordance with Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code Section 61.314. Evidence supporting the protest shall be presented by the city manager with the assistance of the city attorney if necessary. B. The city manager may protest the issuance or renewal of a state permit or license in compliance with Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission Code Sections 11.432 and 61.314.
