13.40.080 - Permittee—Failure to comply with permit. Whenever a permittee has failed to complete the installation of improvements as required by the permit, the Director of Public Works may notify the permittee in writing that he has thirty days in which to take and complete remedial action, or to file an appeal with the City Council. The notice shall state that, in the event the permittee fails to take the remedial action or file an appeal within the thirty-day period, the City may take action against the bond for the cost of completing the installation of improvements in accordance with the permit.
