§ 14-4-12 - ASSIGNMENT OR TERMINATION OF PERMIT. (A) A permit is the personal obligation of the permit holder and is not assignable. (B) The City may terminate a permit at any time for any reason, including but not limited to, failure of the permit holder to update, the documentation required under Section 14-4-7 (Application Required).
