in effect§ 47-13. - Contract for sanitary sewer services.
Sanitary sewer service is provided by contract for utility services and not a right of any person or entity. This Code, and any amendment or addition thereto, shall be the terms of the utility services contract. All customers, also including the United States of America and the State of Oklahoma and their agencies, must obtain permit(s) and must comply with this Code to connect to the City wastewater system. Connection by any customer, property owner or user, also including the United States of America or the State of Oklahoma or any of its agencies, to the City wastewater system is the agreement of the customer, property owner, and user is agreement to the terms of the utility service contract as set forth in the Code, and any amendment or addition thereto. Continued connection by any customers, property owner or user, also including the United States of America or the State of Oklahoma or any of its agencies, to the City wastewater system is re-affirmation of agreement to the terms of the utility service contract as set forth in the Code, and any amendment or addition thereto. As a condition of providing sanitary sewer service, each customer, property owner and user, also including the United States of American and the State of Oklahoma and their agencies, must permit the City and cooperate with the City in inspecting and testing service connections and facilities connected to the City wastewater system to ascertain the type, number and location of each connection and the quality and quantity of wastewater discharge, and to ascertain the source, quantity and use of water, and to affirm compliance with this Code and applicable state and federal codes.
