§ 40-97. - List of benefits paid. At each monthly meeting the Board of Trustees shall furnish the City Treasurer a written list of all persons entitled to payment out of the funds showing the purpose for which the payment is to be made. The list shall be certified to and signed by the Chairman and secretary and attested under oath. The City Treasurer shall enter a copy of the list upon the book to be kept for these purposes. The book shall be known as "The Employee Retirement System Book" and the Board shall authorize and direct that a payroll be compiled from the list. The Board shall direct payments of the amounts named in the payroll to the persons entitled to these payments. (Ord. No. 21916, § 2, 2-12-02)
