Sec. 31-42. - Application. In addition to the requirements of chapter 32, the application for a license under this division shall contain other information required by the manager of licensing and consumer protection in respect to the undertaking proposed to be conducted under the terms of the license and the facilities and equipment of the establishment for which a license is sought.
