Sec. 8-129. - Obedience to police at accident scene; interference with police. All wrecker drivers at a police scene shall obey all lawful orders given them by any law enforcement officer investigating such scene and shall not in any manner knowingly or intentionally interfere with such law enforcement officer in the performance of his duty.
