Sec. 621-116. - Parking for certain purposes prohibited at all times. (a) Displaying vehicles for sale. No person shall park a vehicle on any street or alley in the city for the purpose of displaying it for sale. (b) Using vehicle for advertising. No person shall park a vehicle on any street or alley in the city for the primary purpose of displaying advertising of any nature. (Code 1975, § 29-262)
