331.01 - Submission of budget estimates.
The heads of all divisions and departments who submit budget estimates to the mayor shall furnish detailed costs according to function and performance, together with summaries showing the results of expenditures for those functions covering the three (3) year period preceding the fiscal year for which the budget is being prepared. Provided, however, that such summaries need not be submitted if previously furnished.
