§33.1506 Disturbing the Peace; Disorderly Conduct The responsible person shall make reasonable efforts to prevent the admission of any person whose conduct is described in Penal Code section 415 (fighting, loud noise, offensive words in public places) or 647 (disorderly conduct) at the premises or on any parking lot or similar facility used by the establishment. The responsible person shall make reasonable efforts to remove persons exhibiting such conduct from the establishment.
