(a) The Administrator is authorized to correct scrivener's errors to this Title and to the Master Plan, including ordinances and resolutions adopted by the Council, without the need for readoption.
(1) For purposes of this section, a scrivener's error includes one or more of the following:
a. Misspelling;
b. Grammatical error;
c. Numbering error;
d. Cross-referencing error; or
e. Inconsistency with the rules of style.
(2) A correction to an ordinance or resolution shall be accompanied by a scrivener's note on or attached to the corrected ordinance or resolution.
