§ 40-57. - Applicability of increased benefits to be prospective only. The provisions of this division providing for increased benefits shall be prospective only. All rights and benefits of a Participant whose Termination of Employment, as herein defined, occurred prior to February 6, 2001, shall be determined solely by the provisions in effect at the time of that Termination of Employment, including the benefit rate in effect at the time of such Termination of Employment, unless otherwise specifically provided herein.
