Sec. 2-471. - Department created. Houston Information Technology Services, originally established as and formerly known as the information technology department, is hereby continued. To the extent that this Code or any other ordinance or any motion, resolution, contract or other document devolves duties upon the former information technology department or upon the employees or director thereof, then such references shall be construed to mean the Houston Information Technology Services.
