Sec. 18-77. - Termination notice. (a) A person who ceases to engage in activities requiring registration under this article shall file a written, verified statement with the city secretary acknowledging the termination of activities. The notice of termination shall be filed within 30 days after the registrant ceases the activity that required registration. The notice is effective immediately. (b) A person who files a notice of termination under this section must file the reports required by section 18-75 of this Code for any reporting period during which the person was registered. (Ord.
