Las Vegas Municipal Code § 10.06.010 Resisting arrest.

10.06.010 - Resisting arrest. It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly and wilfully resist, oppose or offer violence to any officer of the City or to any Peace Officer after such person has been placed under legal arrest by such City Officer or Peace Officer. Any person violating any of the provisions of this Section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 1874 § 1, 1977: prior code § 6-1-31)
