SEC. 40A-32. LEAVE FOR MILITARY ACTIVE DUTY. The administrator of the retirement fund must be notified in writing by the city manager, or by any department head not under the city manager, of a member who has been granted a leave for military active duty and must be furnished with a copy of a written authorization for the leave.
