in effectAll property zoned Downtown Mixed Residential (DMR) shall be designated as either Downtown Mixed Residential/Residential (DMR/R) or Downtown Mixed Residential/Commercial (DMR/C) on the Official Land Use Map, Chapter 23.32 . (Ord. 112303 § 3(part), 1985.)
