Sec. 25-162. - Outdoor music event permit required. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct an outdoor music event without first securing an outdoor music event permit approved by the mayor's office of special events ("MOSE") director. (b) The MOSE director, with the approval of any affected director, shall promulgate all forms and process all applications necessary to implement the provisions of this chapter relating to outdoor music events on private property.
