19.800.010 - Purpose. Government Code Section 65358 authorizes and specifies procedures for amendments and modifications to a City's General Plan. City resolution No. 20561 sets forth procedures for the adoption of policies and procedures for amending the General Plan. Amendments are considered appropriate in response to changing in conditions.
