Sec. 35-16. - Zoning requirements. Trailer parks meeting the requirements of this article may be permitted in zones as specified in chapter 59, except that such provisions shall not apply to, nor prevent the continued operation of any trailer park in existence within the city prior to and on April 3, 1948, and so long as such trailer park continues to occupy the same location as occupied on such date. (Code 1950, § 633.5)
