Austin City Code § 13-3-1 DEFINITIONS.

§ 13-3-1 - DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) ESCORT means a person who provides private motor vehicle escort service for compensation. (2) ESCORT VEHICLE means a vehicle or motorcycle that is used for escort service under this chapter. Source: 1992 Code Section 8-15-1; Ord. 031106-13; Ord. 031211-11.

Austin City Code § 13-3-2 COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.

§ 13-3-2 - COMPLIANCE REQUIRED. (A) A person who performs an act prohibited by this chapter or fails to perform an act required by this chapter commits an offense.
