§ 38-701. - Permitted sites. (a) All permitted uses shall be limited to permit sites specifically designated for such use by the Director. (b) All permitted uses shall be confined to the boundaries of the designated permit site. (c) Permittees shall not obstruct, limit or interfere with the free, convenient and normal use of any public right-of-way outside the permit site. (d) The Director may alter, move, delete and/or add designated permit sites. (Ord. No. 21467, § 1, 4-18-00)
