Sec. 10-252. - Same—Number permitted. No more than one modular home shall be used on any one sales lot as an office for a retailer of modular homes. If two or more sales lots are on adjoining property and such adjoining lots are used by the same retailer for the sale, exchange, and/or lease-purchase of modular homes, all such lots taken together shall be treated as one sales lot for purposes of this section.
