Sec. 10-253. - Penalty. Any person who violates any provision of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100.00 nor more than $500.00. Each day during which any violation of this article is continued or permitted shall be deemed a separate offense. (Code 1968, § 10-322; Ord. No. 80-875, § 1, 4-23-80; Ord. No. 92-1449, § 23, 11-4-92)
