Sec. 35-18. - Attendants. The owner or operator of any trailer park shall have one (1) or more attendants present on the premises at all reasonable times to manage and supervise such trailer park and to enforce or cause compliance with the provisions of section 35-19 dealing with fire protection, section 35-20 dealing with electrical equipment and lighting, section 35-21 dealing with sanitation requirements, section 35-24 dealing with removal of wheels, and section 35-26 dealing with registration and records.
