Sec. 13-2009. - FIREWORKS, EXPLOSIVES; SALE. It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale within the corporate limits of the City, or within a radius of one mile thereof, any firecrackers, cannon, Roman candles, skyrockets, or other fireworks. Explosives as defined in the Fire Prevention Code may be sold only in conformity with the provisions of that Code. (Code 1959, §15-20)
