2183. Fees; books and records All fees for examinations, licenses, and renewals shall be forwarded to the Department of Public Safety. The Board shall have free and unrestricted access to all books, notes, records, transcriptions, recordings, and other related data within the care of the Department of Public Safety. 1959, No. 215, § 17, eff.
