§11.0101 Short Title — Reference to Municipal Code This Code, which consists of administrative, criminal and regulatory ordinances of this City, shall be known as the “San Diego Municipal Code,” and it shall be sufficient to refer to said Code as the “San Diego Municipal Code,” in any prosecution for the violation of any provision thereof; it shall also be sufficient to designate any Ordinance adding to, amending or repealing said Code as an addition or amendment to or a repeal of the “San Diego Municipal Code.” (Renumbered from Sec. 11.01 and retitled to “Short Title — Reference to Municipal Code” on 1–8–1990 by O–17408 N.S.)
